I had a constant leak on my A/C from my attic unit into the overflow pan. I have had numerous A/C techs here through the years and the problem was never resolved. My experience with this company was truly a positive experience from being prompt at arriving and troubleshooting my a/c. The communication was clear and the cost, price and estimated amount was without hassle meaning no hidden fees. This company is transparent. My Repairman’s name was Jace if I’m recalling correctly. However, the professionalism is top notch and puts all positive Check marks in the box especially for referring this company to others in need of their services I’m extremely pleased and satisfied with the work/repairs.

Sep 2026 update: Rudy R and Daniel did a great work on dealing with my HVAC issues. Rudy gave me options to decide which was helpful for making decision to pursue. He also made sure everything worked out as it should and tidy before leaving. Aug 2024 update: Johnny R came for twice a year services maintenance. As usual, he is friendly and professional. He did not just do the regular services, but he educated and answered all my questions patiently. Feb 2024 Update: twice a year now they come to check/ maintain our HVAC. We asked for the same person to maintain twice a year. Johnny R is a professional and did a great services!! Reviews in Feb 2022: My husband and I are pleased with the quality service from this company. We had to replace our HVAC system 2 months after we moved into this house. It’s a huge decision we made. Thankfully John P, Cole M, Reese G, and Johnny R are trained professional. They took time and patiently explaining to us for any questions we had.

Update: 21 September 2026. Sandoval, Angel and Chris came out today to install all new duct work in the house. They were polite, professional and respectful. I am really impressed that these guys can do this type of work in the north Texas heat. Air Repair Pros has once again demonstrated their commitment to high quality work and service. Thank you. Update: 26 July 2022. Our AC started blowing hot air at 6pm on Monday night. As Comfort Club members ARP was able to get someone out to us at 8am the following morning. As we were heading out of town I asked my mother to let the tech into the house. Sam Whitley texted and called me when he was on his way out. He face timed me through out the morning so I knew what he was working on. He performed the necessary repair and completed some suggested upgrades. He was exceptionally polite and courteous to my mother and for that I am extremely grateful. Another 5 star review. And an extra 5 stars for Sam. In October 2021 Kara, the customer service rep I dealt with the most, was always pleasant and accommodating. Cole, our tech, was professional and punctual. Cole explained, in detail, all of my repair and replacement options. My repair was completed promptly and efficiently.

Friendly and very professional! The company responded quickly when I first reached out looking for service, and the entire experience was great. November and Mike on the customer service team were both very helpful, and our technician, Rudy, was friendly, professional, and did a great job. I also really appreciate that they text you a picture of the technician who will be coming to your home. I think that is genius and such a helpful touch! Great experience all around, and I would definitely recommend them.
